Sadly time to pack up this morning – took a few last photos of the apartment and surrounds, including the icicles off the roof!
We were picked up at 11am and set off for Vancouver, about a 2 hour drive.
Upon arriving at the Hyatt in Vancouver, we dropped bags and went to a restaurant called Cactus Club near the water which was randomly recommended by someone we chatted to in one of the ski huts at Whistler! it was pretty cold – Vancouver had had a lot of snow overnight.
After lunch we walked back up to the hotel (for the boys) and to the shops for the girls (though Annie also retired back to the hotel early with tummy pains).
Cate and I had fun shopping at Abercrombie & Fitch and a few other places before heading back to the hotel. We had a salad for dinner, after a big lunch we didn’t feel like much.
